Any commissions are for personal use only, you may use my art as a profile picture or banner but commercial use is not allowed

I have the right to decline any commissions if I believe I am not able to draw what is presented

You must pay upfront or pay half before the sketch and once you approve the sketch, you must pay the rest for me to finish the art.

If you decide to cancel, it must be communicated immediately after the sketching.If an art piece has been line worked, shaded, coloured or rendered, you are not eligible for a refund (I can talk it out to you if you are in an emergency but you will not be receiving the art if you cancel)

If you need to emergency cancel after I have done line art, colouring or rendering I am entitled to half (50 percent) of the full price we agreed to pay

Refunding is not possible after the sketching process as I will be sending updates to you, if you are unhappy with anything then communicate this during the sketching phase.

I will send frequent updates on the artwork and you may make renditions or changes during the sketching process and during the colouring phase.

I will deliver a watermarked version & non-water marked version to your DMs once the art is complete.

You must DM me ‘agreed’ once you have read & fully understand my TOS before we begin the art.

I own the rights to the art and I can use the art made for my portfolio

It will take 2-3 weeks to completely finish the art (If any of my personal life issues come up I will communicate this with the buyer)
